Only you can open them.Every page and every file checks it's you. Another person's link shows “not found”. Your “Open My Reels” links log in as you, so don't forward them.

Stored encrypted.Files sit in private storage with no public web address, encrypted on disk by our storage provider. The raw WhatsApp copy of each message is cleared after 30 days; your save itself stays until you delete it.

Our team can't look — unless you allow it.Your saves and your Potlee chat never appear on our team's screens. “Support can see my saves” is off unless you switch it on in Settings. If you do, every view is listed on your privacy page.

Yours to take away.Download everything, or delete your account: your saves, files and Potlee chat are removed at once. Our private disaster-recovery backups may still hold a copy for up to 3 months, then it's gone; they are never used for anything else.

Who else handles your saves.WhatsApp (Meta) carries your messages to us. To make your saves searchable, we use OpenAI: voice notes and videos are turned into text, photos are checked for visiting cards, and the text of each save and each search is used to find things by meaning. Under OpenAI's business terms this data isn't used to train their models. Nobody else gets your saves.

No ads. We never sell your saves or share them for marketing. Like any online service, a small number of our engineers can reach the servers for maintenance; they don't browse your saves.
