Refunds and cancellation

• Before the expo starts: ask any time before the expo’s first day and we refund the full amount.
• After the expo has started: refunds are at our discretion. Tell us what went wrong and we will look at it fairly.
• How long it takes: the money goes back to the card, UPI or bank account you paid from, usually in 5–7 working days after we approve it.
• Team seats: a refund covers the whole pack. Seats already given to people stay in use until the leader removes them.

Collecting your saves is always free, so you never need to pay just to keep what you sent.
