Potlee is a QuickGroww product, run by Shiv Shakti Textiles, Lal Bazar, Bettiah, Bihar, India. By using Potlee you agree to these terms.

What Potlee does

You send things to Potlee on WhatsApp (visiting cards, photos, voice notes, files, links). Potlee keeps them, reads them, sorts them and lets you find them again in the app. At an expo, Potlee sorts what you send company by company and gives you reports.

Your account

Your account is your WhatsApp number. Keep your phone and login codes to yourself; you are responsible for what is sent from your number. You can delete your account and your saves at any time from your privacy page.

Expo Pass and team seats

• An Expo Pass is for one person and one expo. It includes one year of everyday Potlee.
• Team seats are bought by a company for one expo. Seats are not carried over to another expo.
• On a company seat, what a team member shares with the team belongs to the company that paid for the seat. Personal saves and anything kept private stay with the person.
• Prices are shown on the pricing page and charged by Razorpay. Refunds follow our refund policy.

Fair use

Don’t use Potlee to break the law, to store content you have no right to keep, to send spam, or to harm Potlee or other people. We may stop an account that does.

Your content

What you save stays yours. We use it only to run Potlee for you, as our privacy page explains.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Potlee running and your saves safe, but the service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will say so in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
